Play small. Build big. Ship bold.
ArcadeForge blends microplay systems, social matchmaking, and seasonal labs into a single toolkit — for devs, curators, and players who love fast loops and meaningful choices.
Features — systems built for short sparks
Tiny, composable systems make levels feel handcrafted. We focus on pacing, feedback, and replay loops so each match is compelling from the first tap.
How a session forms
- Choose a mode or pick a seasonal seed.
- Match runs in three minutes; midgame choices shift reward curves.
- End-of-round rewards seed the next map or modifier.
Developer flow
Import the runtime, slot a level module, publish to a lab. Players opt-in and the matchmaking pipeline seeds pools immediately.
Numbers that matter
What creators say
“We prototyped a puzzle loop in a morning and saw thousands of rounds by dusk. Players loved the immediate feedback.” — Mina, indie lead
“The SDK feels like a toy box: tweak a parameter, ship a variant, collect telemetry without fuss.” — Jorge, systems designer

Our story
ArcadeForge started as a set of rules scribbled on napkins at a jam. The rules survived because they produced moments — quick decisions that felt consequential. We built tools to let others make those moments quickly. Today the platform hosts seasonal labs, community cups, and a small ecosystem of modular levels that evolve with every session.
